Mas não dá pra fechar os olhos para a quantidade de lixo boiando ou encalhada em postes, em árvores, em bueiros... O homem lobo do homem.

Last night news showed with graphics why Rio de Janeiro always has problems with the heavy rains: Geography is the name of the vilain. Swell. But one cannot ignore the amount of garbage floating around or stuck on lampposts, trees, sewers... Man is a wolf to man.
